TRYOUTS
Due to the strict guidelines we have in place, all players MUST pre-register for tryouts. Walk-ins will NOT be accepted.
In addition to preregistering for tryouts, every player must complete the Windy City Fieldhouse waiver before tryouts. Please click HERE to complete the online waiver.
Fall tryouts are open to 2nd-12th grade boys & 4th-12th grade girls. The tryouts will be held the week of 9/7 and the season will run from the week of September 14th through November 15th.
Tryout Fee: $30 (will be applied to team fee if you accept team placement)

Tryout Location: Tryouts will be held at the Windy City Fieldhouse (2367 W Logan Blvd, Chicago, IL 60647).

NOTE: All Chicago players are required to wear a mask during tryouts/practices/scrimmages at Windy City Fieldhouse & the Boys & Girls Club.
